I employ a humanistic approach to counselling, tailoring my therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of every person I work with. My treatment modalities include Person Centered, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt techniques to explore a range of issues and concerns. I can help you explore your concerns, set achievable goals, and develop effective strategies for personal growth and well-being.

I am a compassionate therapist with experience in providing mental health support and guidance to people facing various challenges in their lives. My hope is to empower those I work with to lead fulfilling lives by fostering self-awareness, resilience and personal growth. My experience has included working with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship problems, low self-esteem, and trauma.

How it Works

The first step is to contact me by emailing, calling or filling in the contact form below. I will then get in touch to arrange your initial assessment where we will discuss your reasons for seeking counselling and what you would like to achieve. This process is free, confidential and relaxed.

Sessions are 50 minutes in length and can take place face to face, online, or on the phone. I offer weekly or fortnightly sessions, which can be booked individually or with an individual subscription. We will discuss your preferences for the work during your assessment.

I offer open ended therapy which means we work together for as long as you feel it is beneficial to your life, there is no fixed end to the sessions. Every person I work with is a unique and will have different needs. We will work together in a way that suits you and your personal therapy journey.

Counselling and Therapy
